Base Access Form
THE BASE ACCESS FORM MUST BE RECEIVED 10 DAYS PRIOR TO NEEDED ACCESS DATE FOR CLEARANCE PROCESSING.
Non-military or non-access card holders must be cleared through a background check conducted by military personnel in order to enter the base, giving you access to your student at school. If you are unable to attain clearance you will not be granted access onto the military installation, however, you can provide the names and personal information of the people you will be listing as your emergency contacts. Once cleared, you/your emergency contacts will remain on an access list for the duration of the school year. Please be prepared to show a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and current registration when you reach the gate. You will not be allowed through the gate without these items.
